Could anyone tell me how long it normally takes for Check Out Smart to confirm your cashback? I uploaded my receipts over 2 days ago now and nothing.

    :(

Checked my balance and no email...just a confirmation to say they've received my receipt.

Can sometimes take quite a few days and they probably don't work weekends, expect a response by midweek?

Thanks. I do need to folks!

:rotfl:I suspect it's simply my 20 minutes, 30 minutes whatever, of me needing the support on here that we offer each other from time to time. And many thanks for that! I do need to GET A GRIP!

Around £1.29, I think; I had the receipt but threw it in the bin ...
    [nips off for a look]
...just been for a root-around in the bin but couldn't find it (eeeww, the things I do for the Elite). They are in red-topped jars, not with the tomato/pasta stuff but with the olives in jars etc. A great store-cupboard essential for pasta sauces, and such - just a couple chopped up gives it a bit of ooomph:); in oil as well, so keep for ages.

I got an email from them this afternoon when they told me I'd already claimed for something even though my account shows £0.00
They do seem to be a bit on the slow side though.
