I personally haven't had fuschias with leaves that colour, but there are literally hundreds of different varieties....the buds look unmistakably fuschia like though. The leaves look healthy enough. You must do another pic when they bloom

Thanks.. the leaves are coming through green and then turning that colour. Time will tell I spose.
Yes I will post another pic if they do bloom :)

Yes, all good here thanks Bubbs. I have some news though. I have a new addition to my household. Our nearly 15 year old godson who has arrived today to stay with us.

I won't go into all the ins and outs, I'll just say that he wasn't receiving the care and support at home that he ought to have been :(. Hes very recently been diagnosed with Aspergers.
I know people will think Im bonkers taking on another kid with all Ive had going on :o But, it's not a decision I took lightly or without the views of everyone else who lives here. Quite honestly, the alternative to him coming here was unthinkable :(

As kids go, he's pleasant, polite and well behaved......but quite withdrawn. He gets on well enough with my kids and they are happy for him to be here. I have enough room here for him to have his own space, which is important to him. And one more mouth to feed won't bankrupt us.

The most heartbreaking thing is that my friend (I'm using that term loosely :() his mother offered no resistance to the idea of him living here :(:(. I have no idea how it's going to pan out or for how long it will be. I would like to hope that at some point one of his parents will give themselves a shake and be in a position to look after him the way he deserves.

Other than that nuffin going on here  :rotfl::rotfl:

Omg you are a hero. Well done for being so selfless.

On another note I have fallen in love today. With my new Bosch washing machine!! I was without a machine for 6 weeks so am really pleased and wash no 4 is in as we speak. And FC well done again.
