    I suppose this is a piece of string question but when I collected my c and c order one item they were short of so they tried to fob me off with 3 of the smaller packs :mad: (instead of substituting one of the same size in another brand which would have been obvious swap but it would have cost them more as the next nearest equivalent was £3 more)

    So I refused the substitute so this now takes me below the target, will this now make it a pointless mission?

    I suppose I will have to wait until Monday to see what happens.

    It gets worse just knocked my css ink system over blue ink over laminate and had to go rooting about under computer table looking for one of the tops, thought for a moment I had found Shergar under there :eek:
    Just remembered I nearly booked the day for the week before I was off until DW piped up think I will leave RSH alone after this an hour and loads of hassle :rotfl:
    Right any offers on carling :beer:
