No, no. I chose the correct word that I wanted to use there. I even had considered "bold" first and then corrected it to type "bald" before posting. ("A careful consideration of what to say and how to say it": Aspergerese. Tony Attwood's Complete Guide to Asperger syndrome.)

If I say or write something, unless it is a rare occasion of a typo that I haven't picked up yet, I mean the word I've used and not something else! It is very carefully written (:o:o:o he posts as someone will doubtless now spot a post where I've been sloppy in my writing). It takes bloomin' ages as well sometimes, as I ponder over things that most people don't ponder over:rotfl:. In relation to the immediately preceding sentence, I'll now add: see - all this hidden "disability" in the background, going on, that's not obvious unless/until I mention about it. (Is that a disability?)

    Bald is correct!:)

    bald
    bɔːld/
    adjective
adjective: bald; comparative adjective: balder; superlative adjective: baldest

    1. 2.
not having any extra detail or explanation; plain or blunt.
"the bald statement in the preceding paragraph requires amplification"
synonyms:plain, simple, unadorned, unvarnished, unembellished, undisguised, unveiled, stark, severe, austere, brutal, harsh; Moreblunt, direct, forthright, plain-spoken, straight, straightforward

We were taught to maintain eye contact with the patient.

    :)

Do you remember that older lady GP on the programme: GPs behind closed doors?

She used to look at the computer screen rather than look at the patient.

It's surprising how many non verbal cues you can get from a patient just by looking at them.

I remember the GP on behind closed doors. Pity that was only on for 4 weeks I enjoyed watching it. :)

Mum said she didn't tell doc everything she wanted because she wasn't interested in mum :(

I will give my verdict on new doc when I have been and seen her don't know when though I don't intend being ill and have picked up my repeat prescription for next 6 months HRT pills
