Just reading the comments about sun lounger for £10 in B&Q today on HUKD.

    Sounded like chaos.

It was - I even got cut up on a roundabout just before B&Q - by the nasty chap who was eager to get to B&Q before opening time - I gave him a Victory sign! He then got in there after me :) and snatched a box of 4 loungers out of my hands as I was trying to open it to get 1 out. I did get the 2 I wanted (only just though!) but all had been accounted for by 7.05am. Noticed 3 members of staff got 4 each!
They said they had 12 boxes (48) BUT was that before or after staff had their share?

Good morning, regarding insanity do you find you need quite a bit of free space to do it?
Mr monkeys is quite interested in trying it but I'm a bit worried what with the monkeys running around that we wouldn't have the space to do it:) thanks
He did have an ornamental exercise bike in the kitchen that I was fed up if dusting :)so that went to eBay!!
At least if this was a phase it would fit in a cupboard:)

Well a lot of folk seem to manage to do it at home so I don't see why not. As long as there is space for him to get down and do a pushup & get back up and also do 4 moving push ups to the left (or right) without knocking everything flying then he should be good to go  I have seen people posting pics of their kids adding extra resistance to their Insanity work out :rotfl::rotfl:

There is a lot of jumping so you don't want to be doing that on a solid surface. I have got a cushioned floor - which is perfect for plyometrics - in my "gym" aka shed :D
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

I got to M7S at about 2pm yesterday. there was only 1 battered chicken left and it was tiny.
Another customer saw me looking at it and said the CA had just gone to get some more.
I waited about 5mins and she came back with 3 tray loads, biggest I found was £6.96, was happy with that, its my first!
The CA said 'what are you doing? they are all chickens?'.
I don't think she realised they were all different sizes.................
