Thank you. I had totally forgotten I had a fiver on a second account! Fortunately I had not yet bought a ticket I needed for Friday. So thank you.

What would have happened if I had used a 3V card to pay the balance, does anyone know? I know that you don't actually have to put into the fast ticket machine the card you paid with as long as it has the same ID on it. Would I have had problems getting the ticket? Was too chicken to try...:o

I've done it before where I've paid the entire amount in RSH vouchers, I just put my normal debit card in so the machine had something to 'read' and then it popped up with the 'enter your booking reference here' message as normal, so it didn't matter about using the right or wrong card in that case.

I have seen people mention cheap Paxo, is that just in A? I assumed it was comparing to T but couldn't see any in my Extra, and I don't have an A near work :(

Also, there was something about those T 'mum and me' vouchers working on any of the range, or have I misremembered? I was going to try it but didn't want to until I'd double-checked first, what a chicken (pertinent to this thread though :D)

VT, I meant to say, I'm not sure you'll be allowed to post the justgiving page on here, don't you have to post it on the charities board and then link to it on here? I remember some people got told off by RF for doing something similar.

Bought some YS goodies to share out at work (spreading the Jelly love and all that) and there's a heated debate about which is best - Chocolate Covered Donuts or Choco Bean Cookies. I might have to put on the big-collared shirt and glasses, "There's only one way to find out..."

I have tweets :( truth is, the TPS are next to useless!! they have made 1......yes 1 successful prosecution against a company for making unsolicited calls since they were set up.
Thing is these calls are coming from outside the UK, and are totally unregulated.

I work in the industry ...

The TPS is fine, HOWEVER it is not a question for those of us who follow and abide by the Regulations and are in the UK.

Most of these nuisance calls (and we get enough of them ourselves at work) are from abroad, made by companies who don't give a ... and flout the rules because they can, and get away with it.

Not only does it give our industry a bad name, but just ends up with regulators putting even more onerous regulations on those of us that comply anyway, making it even more difficult to conduct our business.

Bubbs, you are brilliant, thank you. I have reserved this and the talking Santa thingy which is going to be my Secret Santa present for some unsuspecting colleague! Will this T Rex thing be suitable for a seven year-old please?

Thank you. Come to think of it, I have done that too, so should not have been chicken. I blame it on the thread title!! (I don't really mean it, WWC!)

Well that answers that. Misery guts has driven to work so I can't go back with the car until at least 6.30, by which time it's bound to have been fixed
