We have safety shoes or trainers given to us with work uniform only had them a couple year. My shoes are already cracked at the top and unsafe :( ... Told  and she said I would be better with the trainers even though I told her no trainers draw my feet and I have never worn them :(

So I am waiting for her to deliver the trainers if they draw my feet or hurt I will go back to my unsafe shoes :( She been in kitchen once and said trainers at side of her desk and she had forgotten them.

I have never tried Uggs and didn't partake in the KG glitch. Have never bought from KG :D

I only got one pair from kg, these are them, they fit due to the openness of the design around the shin and aren't too tall.

Oh dear that did make me giggle :rotfl::rotfl:

My eldest does get herself into some really silly scrapes - mad things happen to her quite frequently, usually random things quite beyond her control.
Honestly life here is like living in a really badly scripted sit-com written by a very junior work experience script writer - if you listen carefully you can here the canned laughter in the background

Yeah :o I know very little about feet and thought I was barking up the wrong tree :o

    http://naturalrunningcenter.com/2013/03/17/arch-foot-naturally-cure-plantar-fasciitis-meaning-artificial-supports/
The explanation from the barefoot/minimalist shoe community is that arch supports act as a crutch that prevent you from flexing and strengthening your arch muscles properly. Therefore, arch supports used to treat plantar fasciitis are basically lessening pain by preventing you from using those muscles, with the result that they never heal and become weaker and more susceptible to further injury over time. By going barefoot or wearing shoes without arch support, I was able to strengthen my arch muscles and recover.”

Barefoot shoes - first used them for Insanity but now I use the more day to day because they are so comfy.
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.
