Furniss building society

Evening

Does anyone have any experience of these, good or bad.

Looking at 90% ltv, wondering how strict their underwriting is? How long to hear etc.

Very good rate, almost too good to be true.

Ive spoken to them a few times, although never actually ended up using them.

Have you just looked at the rates or checked they will accept you?

Their criteria is to accept only the most straight forward cases.

  • Our broker wants to put us forward to get a dip, if we can.

Our credit isn't bad, missed payment in last 12 months though, so may be a no go. He's going to ring and find out as it was a phone contract, if that makes any difference.

If your broker is sending your application there I would trust them. Its not like he is just throwing it to one of the bigger lenders. Theyre also not really in the modern world so probably more work on their part.

Id assume he must be relatively confident it will go through.
