We signed up for two lots of these right at the beginning of the promotion, and they arrived quite quickly. However, a third lot we applied for later hasn't arrived yet. Expect they're a bit snowed under?

I signed up and also rang them, no coupons at all. Anyone got an email address for them so I can email them?

I saw a top last night I am desperate for but its £18, no way would I pay that much, desperate for these coupons!

Got my third lot yesterday, no problems. I applied about 3 weeks ago I think.

Also, last week I bought £20 worth of clothing and used a £4 voucher. Today I took back one of the items, a £9 boy's jacket (my son didn't like it) and got a full refund. I had wondered if they would refund less as I effectively paid less.

we did something like that too.

We wanted a few clothes but was a few pounds under £20, so we bought something we didnt want to get it over the limit, then took it back.
