Re Urban Outfitters. I bought two pairs of trousers, for which I had to pay delivery charges, and when I received them they were very thin, poor quality material, and too big. I sent them back, having to pay postage to return them, and waited for a refund - having paid originally by Paypal online. When my refund (via Paypal), came they had kept the original delivery charge, and when I rang, they told me that is standard practice. So in all I paid nearly £9.50 in postage charges for something I did not want. It is appalling and I shall never buy from them again. So beware!!0
