Dealing with NRAM

we have a NRAM together mortgage, taken out in 2007. (£112k secured, £12k unsecured) house is worth about £105k at the moment.
We have been trying to sell the house but NRAM it seems are being deliberately difficult, they won't let us rent the house, when we get offers they won't let us accept them.
How do others on here deal with NRAM? Is it just me they dislike?

How do you propose repaying the shortfall when the property is sold?
NRAM are being obstructive, just pragmatic.
What action are you taking currently to reduce your debt?0 -
With NRAM being owned by the taxpayers, they have to maximise the return on investment.0

Despise NRAM, are you getting offered anywhere near the 105k?Mortgage and Protection assessor, don't take what I say as gospel, nor as advice.
Let's beat the fat cats at their own game :beer:0 -
Yes we have been offered £105k, we have tried to get NRAM to accept this but they will not. Due to personal circumstances, they are forcing us into repossession.0

Have they told you what they will accept?0
