Hi everyone, okay here are the facts.
We are looking to buy a property for £120,000 (1 bed flat/maisonette in the south east) we have a £60,000 deposit. I earn £6500 PA and my husband earns £20000 basic but overtime takes it up to £23000.
I have a credit card of £424 and overdraft of £600. Husband has credit card of £1500. Not missed any min payments for years and years. I got turned down for a credit card a year ago whilst I was trying to balance transfer but then did get accepted for another credit card.
