Ok, thats fine, I understand such things take time, and this is certainly not a straight forward application due to 3 applicants, age, and such. But my question comes back to 'why not just tell us this'?
I would be a lot happier if they turned around and said, 'sorry its taking longer than we expected due to the complexity of the application'. Rather than nothing but asking for documents we have already given to them and telling us we are near offer when we arent.
This would relieve a lot of ifs, buts, whys, hows, waiting and worries.0
