Poor feedback ignore the two new posters praising them

Been disappointed on two fronts.
I was looking at the Samsung UE40H6410 smart TV Currys were advertising it at £419 and Allshop at £355.51 so I contacted Currys and asked if they'd Pricematch but haven't heard back from them.
Anyway went onto Currys site today and the price had jumped to £449. With negative feedback I think I'll avoid Allshop and it looks like Currys price has jumped by £30!
I'll just have to search a little more. Do any online stores Pricematch Allshop.com ?

i'm incredibly worried now as I have already done my order on an LG tv and reading the reviews which I usually look at before hand has made me feel quite uneasy...although the reviews are bad people have received their items so It can't be a scam site just badly organised right?? I am going to stress out til I get it now (If..)0

I was unfortunate enough to start shopping with them in March 2014 :-(
I ordered and paid for a WD TV Live Media Player online. They sent me an email to tell that it was out of stock but they could ship in about a week. I agreed, but they failed to deliver in several weeks. So I sent them an email to cancel the order, and bought it from somewhere else. But I was shocked when they sent the product a week later! Nevertheless they agreed to have it sent back, which I did, and the product was delivered to the return address.
However, after I returned the product, they stopped responding to my emails, phone calls, facebook messages, etc. when it was their turn to return the payment!
So I have learnt an expensive lesson about shopping with such obscure and un-trustworthy sites :-(
Did you try getting your money back through your bank (chargeback) or paypal (snad claim, although not strictly true better than being ripped off by obvious scammers)? - search this forum or google the terms to find more help about these0 -

DO NOT USE this company, unless you want foreign plugs on your electrical items, a returns address that is in Europe, that you must pay return postage for as its in their T&C's. All-shop online will take weeks to respond to emails.
Someone earlier mentioned chargeback - it seems MasterCard chargeback don't acknowledge different plugs as a problem.0 -

As far as I understand chargebacks are for items not received, credit card companies don't want to get involved in deciding if the product is as described, how could they.0 -

Im no expert but I saw the below on this site - it says charge backs can be used for not as described under Quality of item
Wont allow me to post a link - but moneysavingexpert.com/shopping/visa-mastercard-chargeback
Some possible reasons for claiming a chargeback are:
Company goes into administration - the company you purchased from has gone bust.
Quality of item - the goods were not as described or were defective.
Non-delivery - the goods were not received as promised.
Technical issue - expired authorisation or a processing error by the bank.
Clerical error - being charged multiple times or being billed for the incorrect amount.
Fraud - you have been the victim of fraud and did not authorise the purchase.0 -

I didn't fight enough to get my money back for the product I returned on the grounds that it was delivered too late (after I bought it from somewhere else) other than trying to persuade them, because (1) the amount in question was 80+ pounds, (2) the legal process seemed unattractive to me, and (3) I lost too much time waiting for them to come to their senses.
But I will try and see if the credit company do something about this although almost a year has passed now.0
