Help please - transfer from Tesco loan

Hi, looking for some advice and guidance please :)

I have a Tesco loan, remaining balance is £3074.50, interest rate 12.11% and remaining term of 13 months.
I want to try and pay it quicker but without drastically bumping up my monthly payments.

So,

Is there a way I can transfer it to a 0% cc, transfer it to a lower rate loan (struggling to find one) or should I just leave it and let it run the 13 months?

Thanks for your help.

Take out a Virgin or Barclay credit card and do a super balance transfer. You won't be able to do a 0% balance transfer on a loan, only other credit cards.

You won't get a low rate loan without borrowing £7K + as the smaller loans generally higher rates.
