What's my Next step - PCN?

I received a PCN relating to an "overstay" back in February at a car park where the charge is .50 pence per hour

9/4/2014 - I receive the Notice to Owner from Parking Collection Services on behalf of their client Elite Management Services. Payment demanded of £120.00

12/4/2014 - I sent a letter of dispute letter with a timeline for reply of 14 and no later than 35 days

7/5/2014 - I receive a letter from Debt Recovery Plus for payment of £160

I'm unsure what my next step should be as their has been no acknowledgement of my response to them.

What should I do next?

    PCS are Debt Recovery Plus!

When you sent in your appeal, how did you do that ? If through the post did you get proof of postage? Is this England or Wales? And have you made complaints to the retailers if any yet?

    Thanks
