Microwave Rice (250g) - 24p
(basmati, egg fried, pilau or long grain)
Sweet and Sour Sauce (510g jar) - 37p
Yellow Peppers (loose) - 29p each
There's an Asian week from Thursday 29th May - Wednesday 4th June.
Probably just a few packs of turkey steaks for myself.

Thank you Lindsey for your posting. I generally shop on Saturdays but always good to know in advance what to expect when I pick up their leaflet.
Turkey steaks are also good, cut into strips for stir fries or mince it with some spice n herbs for turkey burgers:p. Very good value indeed.
Going to buy the red loose peppers this week, OMG, it's soo sweet, will also buy the yellow peppers too the following weekend. Nothing like a good colourful variety of veg on your plate:):)0 -

hello chopped chicken here...midlands so got 6 as seemed very good value...got a fair bit of rice and a big bag of peppers...good week for usonwards and upwards0
