FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. This promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over with a full and valid driving license, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, their agents or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.

2. To Enter: Entrants can either enter by:
a. visiting a participating store (excludes all Fat Face concessions located in John Lewis and Center Parcs) and filling out a form and posting it in store before the store closes; or
b. visit https://www.fatface.com/madeforsummer and enter your details and submit to be entered into the draw.

3. Promotion Period: Entries must be made between 00.01 on 21st May 2014 and 23.59 on 30th July 2014. All in store entries must be made between the store opening and closing times.

4. Maximum of one entry per person; however bonus entries for sharing are available if you enter online. Please see clause 6 for further details.

5. No purchase is necessary; however internet connection may be required.

6. Bonus Entries: When entrants have successfully entered the Fat Face prize draw online, they will be directed to a web page that will provide them with the opportunity to enter the email addresses of up to five people who they wish to share information about the draw with. Fat Face will then contact them to offer the chance to enter the draw via an email that contains a unique URL. Each time an individual clicks on the unique URL and successfully enters the draw; the original entrant will receive 5 bonus entries.

7. Entrants will be given a maximum of 25 Bonus Entries in total.

8. The Prize: 1 x Pre owned Fat Face Camper Van with an additional allowance to customise the van to the winner's specification up to the sum of £15.000 by a supplier of the Promoters choice. Please see clause 11 for further details.

9. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected in a random draw which for your total confidence, will be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service, from all valid entries within 7 working days of the Promotion Period.

10. Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted by email within 7 working days of the draw. In the event that a winner is not contactable or has not responded within 14 days of notification then the Promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize to a reserve winner selected in the same manner.

11. Additional conditions of the Prize:
a. The winner will be asked to prove they are a resident of the UK, Channel Islands or Republic of Ireland;
b. The winner must have and must show a valid driving license prior to collecting the Prize;
c. Insurance is not included. If the prize is to be driven on a public highway, insurance cover must be obtained by the winner prior to collection of the Prize;
d. Maintenance and running costs of the vehicle are the responsibility of the winner from the date of ownership;
e. Collection of the Prize will be from the Promoter's head office or nearest local store. This will be a mutual agreement between the winner and the Promoter upon winner notification;
f. The Prize will be taxed for no more than 12 months;
g. If the winner is from Northern Ireland, the Prize can be driven with UK number plates legally. If the winner chooses to change to local number plates, this will be at their expense;
h. If the winner is from the Republic of Ireland the cost of importation and local taxes for the Prize will be paid by the promoter;
i. The Promoter will supply the Prize with no vehicle warranty
j. The Prize was registered on 08/01/1979 and will be valeted and serviced prior to collection (date of last service February 2014);
k. The expiry date of the MOT is 16/02/2015;
l. The prize will be taxed prior to the collection date; and
m. The Prize will be collected with a full tank of petrol included.

12. The winner must, prior to the collection of the Prize, agree to sign a waiver and release the Promoter from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or with the acceptance, possession, attendance at or use of any prize (except death or personal injury caused by the Promoter's negligence, for fraud, or otherwise as prohibited by law).

13. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prizes as stated.

14. The Promoter may substitute the prize for a prize of an equal or greater value if, for any reason, the original item is unavailable.

15. By entering, winners agree that if they win, they will participate, for no additional fee, in any reasonable publicity arranged by The Promoter or its agencies.

16. By entering the promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize. No correspondence will be entered into.

17. The Promoter or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of The Promoter or its agencies.

18. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to vote), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force', masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to participate in the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that person's entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

19. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these conditions or the spirit of the promotion.

20. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to lost, delayed or not received registrations or winner notifications.

21. The winner's name and county will be available by sending a stamped SAE to the Promoter at the address below for a period of one month following the end of the promotion.

22. Any personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The Promoter may use the data collected for the purposes of sending you marketing on sales and promotions held by the Promoter, subject to your consent. The data will not be disclosed by the Promoter to any other organisation that is not associated with the Promoter. 23. Entry to the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

24. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English and Welsh law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
