Sounds like they are taking the hit and miss out of you to your face, but they think you are too thick to understand what they are doing. Politely ask them to stop bullying/harrassing you and speak to the manager.
There are laws about harrassment in the workplace and if your not in one already I would join a union. I'm sorry but they are being very nasty to you and you need to get it sorted.

Have you not looked for another job? It seems you do not get on with any of your colleagues, including your boss. It can't be good for your health to work in such an environment.
