Ive tried complaining to the manager, you probably wont get anywhere and if you complain aboit your sanction master the manager will cover up for him, they are as thick as thieves,.

Decision marker isn't going to overturn it. It's policy.

In fact... if the Decision maker overturned it you'd probably end up on the forced labour part of the program which is worse...
