Thanks. Going to write letter of complaint to job centre manager and cc to local MP.
Ive tried complaining to the manager, you probably wont get anywhere and if you complain aboit your sanction master the manager will cover up for him, they are as thick as thieves,.
i do have a higher up adress of someone if you want it.:footie:0 -
Hi coalville, I'm on the back to work scheme, finished work programme in December.
There's not a huge point trying to appeal it. It's a new program from on high...
Decision marker isn't going to overturn it. It's policy.
In fact... if the Decision maker overturned it you'd probably end up on the forced labour part of the program which is worse...“The ideas of debtor and creditor as to what constitutes a good time never coincide.”

However, advisers do have some leeway.JCP manager will be a waste of time TBH. They process are sent from ministers so the manager cannot change it. Why do you feel it will be a waste of time? Why not make use of the time and I am presuming your JCP has internet devices so why not do your jobseach whilst there? Make use of the time and apply for some jobs, ask for some help then you will satify the ctieria of looking and leave you free do what you want the rest of the day.
