    I found an issue with the date of birth not being accepted. if you only type in the date it resets and gives you an error message. If you choose from the popout calender it is fine.

    Roboform worked fine at filling it in for me...

    Are you sure it wasn't because you typed it as dd-mm-yy? The form has it mm-dd-yy... :D
