I'm a little confused by all this

If your debts are less than £100,000 you will need to present your petition in the Central London County Court. If your debts exceed £100,000 you will need to present your petition in the High Court.

I assume this isn't a high court in London then? if thats the case you want to use:

Put a strike through the paragraph after it, same with the London stuff.
