I have worked for the last 4 years as a warehouse colleague, at a major logistics company, however due to Family reasons I plan on moving to East Midlands, as soon as I have found a job. The trouble is it is a bit difficult to get a job that is not your Agency warehouse operative job.
I would like a Team Leader role or something similar, my CV is tailored towards that. However it is a bit hard to find any jobs like that, M&S are recruiting team leaders in Castle Donigton, with a Salary of £25,000 per year, however I got rejected for that, with no reason given.
Anyone have any names of companies, in the East Midlands who are recruiting team leaders, or are a company involved in distribution and logistics, who I might be able to send of a speculative application.
Thanks in advance for any help!

the problem is people see you and you are a risk as a) you might not move and b) you could be unreliable.
It would probably be easier to get a job doing what you know for 6-9 months, get stability in your life and then go for better paid jobsDon't trust a forum for advice. Get proper paid advice. Any advice given should always be checked0
