Are Provident Financial signing my friends books correctly?
my friend is currently unwell and i offered in his place to go pay his 2 loans for him.
I paid both of them (£20 on each one which is his regular weekly amount he must pay) and as i got home i noticed something that i find odd.
The lady has signed one loan where you put the signature as "office" and she's signed the other with 2 horizontal lines at each end and 2 vertical lines in the middle that looks a bit like "¬l l¬".
Is that normal? am i correct in assuming it's something to do with both the loans being paid at the same office on the same day?
My friend has no idea what it is either, I cant go speak to them for a while again because I have work all this week now and we tried ringing but it said the number was no longer in use so I assume that they have changed number at some time and not actually made notice of that.
i'd like this sorted asap because i wanna make sure my friend focuses on getting better and i dont want some mistake where they might harass him for anything

Something like -"- is short hand for repeat of the line above - its a bit like " can be used as a ditto (or repeat). In other words what she means is that both were paid in the office but she couldn't be bothered to write it out again!Adventure before Dementia!0
