Anyone seen any deals 'cheaper' than TSB 2.89% for a 5yr deal yet ? (yes i have seen the charges)

I've done the usual searches and used a broker but can't find anything lower ..... ????

thanks in advance ....

We have no idea of your LTV or amount you want to borrow!
The fees from TSB might make a 2.99% deal from YBS cheaper because the fee is £845 and the SVR is 4.99% so maybe cheaper in 5years time.
At 2.89% I guess you are 60/65% LTV but you need to look at the big picture taking into account all the costs.

    Thx Dimbo61.

My LTV is 45%. I was thinking about adding the fees to the mort and then overpay (as per Martin's info). This would then keep my monthly payments slightly lower ......

I tend not to think about a 5 year fix, and more the whole 25 years...

I never want to be exposed to SVR, so I chose a lifetime tracker...

As far as I can see there will never be a need to remortgage, and this tracker rate. Unless we get even more competitive rates in the future (unlikely)
