Anybody been approached by them.
They say they can get me my money back from an ad campaign I entered into with a firm called Windsor Associates who have now gone into liquidation
When I did take the ad campaign out they promised a lot but didn't give as much as they said, however the campaign ran it's course albeit not exactly as I wanted it but more than covered the cost.
About a month after the campaign was over they went into liquidation.
How can they get my money back when the campaign ran it's full course.....
Funnily enough Legal Reclaims UK are, I think, at a similar address to Windsor Associates.
They say they can get me my money back from an ad campaign I entered into with a firm called Windsor Associates who have now gone into liquidation

Direct Debit scam?
*Bank refunds you (under the guarantee)
*Claims company take their cut
*Bank investigates and find nothing wrong with the DDs (take a few months)
*Bank take their cash back from your account.
Claims company and your cash are long gone.0 -

Yes I have the copy of the SO I signed but the money was taken by DD.

No there is no tie up think it was just coincidence.....Google search them...the ad people that is...quite a few complaints about them but they cover from even now , though they definitely are in liquidation, to around 2008.If God didn't want us to eat animals, why did he make them out of meat. :beer::beer:0

Got the money the same day..received x amount of money credited to account then the next day x amount of money debited from my account.....2 hours later y amount of money credited to my account which according to the bank is the true figure lower than the original.
Does the fact that I signed for x amount of money, got it, lost it then got a different amount of money I didn't sign up for relieve me of my obligation to the company.
