bonus kpi for IT job

Hi All,

I am working in IT sector and trying to pin point some KPIs which can be used to measure my performance for bonus .

what type of thing should I look at that is measurable

for instance I am thinking of up time of the servers and things along those lines but the employer can say that is what i am expected to do anyway but then my point is I know I am but how well is what distinguishes this.

I appreciate any comments or anything which can help me.

I think this might be better in the emplyoment section rather than income boost? There will probably be more people experienced in emplyment matters which I think this is.
