TERMS AND CONDITIONS
WHO CAN ENTER:
1. The Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK and aged fourteen or over.
2. The Prize Draw is open from 16th May 2014 until 16 June 2014 at 10:00 GMT.
3. Jack Wills employees, their families or agents, Jack Wills affiliated companies, or any other person connected with the Prize Draw may not enter.
4. We may ask you to verify your eligibility to enter.
5. By entering this Prize Draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and that our decision is final and binding in all matters relating to this Prize Draw. If you fail to comply with these terms and conditions your entry will automatically be void.
HOW TO ENTER:
6. You will require access to the internet to enter and a Facebook account.
7. To enter the Prize Draw you must:
7.1.1 Vote for 2 applicants in each of the 4 categories (endurance, creativity, enterprise and innovation) for a total of 8 applicants you deem worthy to make it to the semi-finals of the Young Brits awards.
7.1.2. Voters will be required to login to Facebook and allow access to the Facebook polling app in order to be a registered voter in the competition.
PRIZE:
8. The prize is a Jack Wills Gift Voucher in the amount of Five Hundred Pounds Sterling (£500). One prize will be awarded.
9. There will be one winner. The winner will be chosen at random from valid entries and notified by 25 June 2014.
10. The winner will be notified via the email that is related to your Facebook account. If the winner does not respond within 7 days following notification or is not available, we reserve the right to select an alternative entrant to receive the Prize.
11. The Prize shall be dispatched to the winner via recorded post within two weeks of notification.
12. There are no cash alternatives: the Prize must be accepted as offered, is non-transferable and subject to availability.
13. We reserve the right to substitute the Prize or any part of it to equal or greater value, if this is necessary for reasons beyond our control.

14. Contestants may vote once (for a total of 8 applicants - see 7.1.1) in the duration that the prize draw is open.
15. You must comply with all of the rules detailed above regarding the use of Facebook including but not limited to any rules relating to the entry of prize draws on Facebook.
16. You must have a Facebook account to enter the competition.
17. The Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You understand and agree that, by entering the Prize Draw, you are providing your information to Jack Wills and not to Facebook or Instagram. By entering this Prize Draw, you release Facebook from any action or claim arising out of the Prize Draw. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this Prize Draw must be directed to Jack Wills, not Facebook or Instagram.
18. We will not pay any expenses incurred in connection with the Prize Draw, including acceptance and use of the Prize.
