Hosting foriegn students and benefits

Hi all, I do hope someone on this fab forum can help me..
I have 2 children and am single and work part time, I get working tax credit and some housing benefit.
I'm really interested in hosting for foriegn students for a week or 2 over the summer in the spare room but would like to know if this affects my benefit entitlement and if so how? I can't seem to find anything out online so any help would be greatly appreciated.
My apologies If I have posted this in the wrong section
Many thanks
