As we don't know where your Pop is - probably not.
Are you looking for a specific country code to dial in front of the number you already have or directory enquiries for a specific country?

Do you mean the access number to dial before dialling the foreign number?
I use 18185, but you have to register with them first. They charge you by direct debit, but I have used is probably about 20 times, but as the calls are usually 1p per minute I have not yet paid for them (and it has been about a year!) checking online says my bill is about 72p, I don;t know at what point they will take the funds to cover my debt .......
Alternatively, you can buy a prepaid card so you can only use the amount on the card and not run up big bills. They are available from all sorts of shops.

I use telediscount,

it's 1p a minute to USA from both landlines and mobiles.
Dial 0844 86 186 86 then the number you want.
No registering/credit/debit cards/pre-pay involved, they bill your phone as a normal call.

UK International access code = 00
USA/Canada country code = 1
Area code for New Orleans = 504

Then the customer number for the hotel.
