    Wow lovely win and somebody was smiling on you when you checked that spam folder. I am so pleased to hear that ITV will resort to the email address if they cannot get through on phone. I cant answer my phone between 9-5 and ignore missed calls usually as they are always PPI etc. Thank you gor giving all that detail about the emails etc. Enjoy!
