Giving back Car (On a 60m HP) after 3 Months

2012 Audi 2.0TDI A4 Avant Quattro Dynamik (only a handful produced)
I thought it was illegal to sell whilst on a HP / how likely is it that someone would purchase a car of this value if it came back on a hpi check.
The finance would need to be completely paid off at the point of purchase.0 -
You can only sell a car with outstanding HP if you pay off the HP at the point the car is sold.2012 Audi 2.0TDI A4 Avant Quattro Dynamik (only a handful produced)

I doubt you'll have much finding a buyer willing to go through this, to be honest."Facism arrives as your friend. It will restore your honour, make you feel proud, protect your house, give you a job, clean up the neighbourhood, remind you of how great you once were, clear out the venal and the corrupt, remove anything you feel is unlike you... [it] doesn't walk in saying, "our programme means militias, mass imprisonments, transportations, war and persecution."0 -
I have spoken to a friend of a friend who sells cars on the trader, he is going to get me a realistic selling price and put it on for two weeks for £30. Hopefully it will go, its a fantastic looking motor, top of the range, and only a couple of hundred made!0

I'll take it for £30 and I can pay cash today

Hope you sort it out.
You can understand why you friend would want the money he lent you sooner than expected - when he's seen you riding around in a shiny new car?0 -

I am expecting a very large bank credit very soon which is verified by the UN, FBI, CIA and the President of Nigeria.
It does not get any better than that!!!!"We act as though comfort and luxury are the chief requirements of life, when all that we need to make us happy is something to be enthusiastic about” – Albert Einstein0 -
Thanks guys, will post back in 2 weeks hopefully without a car!0

Good luck. Also use these two weeks to have a thorough and full financial review. Make sure you are ready and up and running for your lovely new arrival which is much better than a shiny new car

Not that I would ever lend anyone a large some of money. But if I had, I would be pretty damn "p*****" off, if I then discovered, that they were buying an expensive car on long term credit. While still owing me a large sum of money. An outrageous abuse of trust I think. No wonder the lender wants their money back.I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.0
