My plan for this week involves as little shopping as possible, and using up as much as possible from the fridge / freezer / cupboards before we go away in two weeks :)

M - pork and veg chow mein with satay sauce
T - Turkey supreme with mushrooms and spinach, with wild rice and kidney beans (odd but need using!)
W - Turkey, spinach and mushroom risotto
T - Sweet potato topped Shepherd's Pie (freezer)
F - Pulled pork with BBQ beans and corn muffins
    S - same
    S - same (gig)

Breakfasts will be toast or muffins, lunches will be whatever I can find - soup, sandwiches, noodles. Sancks will be yogurt and apples / satsumas.
I have everything in that I need, but the cupboards are looking rather bare so we may end up with some odd combos!

Have a good week everyone x

Trying to watch the pennies this week so looking at what we have in already

Sunday - smoked salmon bagels, fishcakes with broccoli and green beans

Monday - smoked salmon bagels, corn on the cob followed by smoked salmon and courgette creamy pasta Changed to pasta bake as needed smpked salmon to make lunch for DH for Tuesday

Tuesday - tomato soup, Changed to tuna fishcakes with corn on the cob and broccoli

Wednesday - pesto pasta salad changed to tuna and three bean salad, pork in mushroom sauce Forgot to take pork put of freeser so have bought sausages and frozen most for toad in the hole at the weekend with the remainder I am making meatballs to have with tomato sauce and spagetti tonight. I am also baking the banana and date loaf and trying out pizza dough to make garlic bread. If this is a success will try to make pizza over the weekend

Thursday - pesto pasta salad, pork chops and parsnip and carrot mash due to vegetables needing to be used radial change of plan. Now vegetable bake with courgette, mushroom, red onion, red pepper, tomato, garlic and lots of cheese on top. Making some pizza bread with garlic to go with it. Hopefully DH will not be wondering where his meat has gone.

    Friday - tomato soup, risotto

Might swap the pasta salad for three bean, red onion and tuna salad for a change. Have turkey and pork chops in freezer together with hm chili and ratatouille.
Have bananas to use up so making walnut date and banana bread and going to try my hand at making pizza. Will try garlic bread pizza to start and freeze the rest.
