My plan for this week involves as little shopping as possible, and using up as much as possible from the fridge / freezer / cupboards before we go away in two weeks

M - pork and veg chow mein with satay sauce
T - Turkey supreme with mushrooms and spinach, with wild rice and kidney beans (odd but need using!)
W - Turkey, spinach and mushroom risotto
T - Sweet potato topped Shepherd's Pie (freezer)
F - Pulled pork with BBQ beans and corn muffins
S - same
S - same (gig)
Breakfasts will be toast or muffins, lunches will be whatever I can find - soup, sandwiches, noodles. Sancks will be yogurt and apples / satsumas.
I have everything in that I need, but the cupboards are looking rather bare so we may end up with some odd combos!
Have a good week everyone x0 -
