The £22.99 flufflie ones definitely are!! Had a pair for years and the rubber sole has not even started to wear down - unlike a Primark pair that is lucky to last a season.

My order arrived today. The UGG wellies look amazing but oh my goodness do they come up small! The actual size is a little small but they are also very narrow (and I have pretty narrow feet)!
