    And also properties rented out by slum landlords, which also turn over quickly. Good LLs have nothing to worry about, but hopefully it should expose poor LLs, so tenants will know which places to avoid.

    You can just see now it can't you : "Give me back my deposit, even though I've half trashed the place, and let me off the rent arrears, or I'll give you a bad review on Trip Advisor."
