It is early to be troubled by wasps.

No it's not too early, on saturday i returned home to find a colony had set up home in my wall cavity.. my niegbor saw them arrive 2 hours before (she said she thought someone had started a lawnmower untill she looked up and saw a cloud of them). They were buzzing round the garden like no ones business and i could guess where they had nested by the gathering round a vent hole. by the time i got in they had found a way into my bathroom i opened the bathroom door to be faced with about 100 angry aggressive wasps (tip of the iceberg). on Monday my partner managed to get a pest controller round (although he said it was more likely to be bees and he would not destroy bee's) he was quite surprised by the extent of the wasp infestation.
Dogs return to eat their vomit, just as fools repeat their foolishness. There is no more hope for a fool than for someone who says, "i am really clever!"

Wasps do not swarm like bees.
