I am declaring myself bankrupt very soon, when I find the fees. However, what will happen regarding receiving my student loan? I am a student, will I still get my student loan or will they not allow it? Also, if they do, where can I get t paid if I am not allowed a bank account?
Thanks

You will still be permitted to apply for and receive a student loan.
The income you receive from a student loan is also exempt from being claimed by the 'Official Receiver' in an Income Payments Agreement (IPA), so you shouldn't worry that any of it will be taken.
You are allowed to have a bank account while bankrupt.
