The winner and a guest will stay for three nights, B&B, at the five-star Regina Hotel Baglioni, in Rome. This elegant art-deco hotel — once home to the Queen of Savoy — is on Via Veneto, a short walk from Piazza di Spagna and the Villa Borghese. The new, 560 sq metre Roman Penthouse suite offers stupendous views from its terrace. Facilities include the Brunello Lounge and Restaurant; the winners can enjoy a complimentary dinner for two at the restaurant, with wines chosen by the sommelier.
Also included are flights with Norwegian, which has five services a week to Rome Fiumicino from Gatwick.
The prize must be taken between July 1 and September 6 or from November 1-28, 2014, subject to availability and excluding public holidays. Extra conditions apply:
Flights must be booked using the gift certificate supplied by Norwegian, which cannot be transferred, nor exchanged for cash. There is no refund value. It is valid only on direct Norwegian flights from London Gatwick to Rome-Fiumicino.
Airport taxes are included in the prize, as is 20kg of check-in baggage per passenger, and seat selection.
Flights are offered in a promotional class and must be taken between July 1 and September 6, or November 1 - 28, 2014, subject to availability and excluding public holidays. Some other peak dates may not be available. The period of validity cannot be extended.

Does the winner stay in the Roman Penthouse suite? It mentions it in text, but doesn't make clear that this is the room you will have. I think you will stay in one of their standard roomsthanks to all posters
