Reasonably priced skin care regime?

Hi All,
Am coming to the end of my Clinique stuff and don't want to spend this much again on skin care products.
Just wondering what the best skin care products ( facial wash, cleanser, toner, moisturiser) you have used are and where are they sold at a reasonable price?

It depends what you like.
I prefer a facial soap to a facial wash. I'm actually currently using the clinique one as I got a mega bargain and paid £2 for one. Soap cleansers last months.
The clinique full price is about £10 online from chemists sites. You could get this alternative from lush https://www.lush.co.uk/products/cleansers/fresh-farmacy
As a day moisturiser I really like the Nivea primer which is only £2.50 in savers but it doesn't have SPF so you would need a foundation or bb cream with SPF in.0 -
Just been looking at Aldi's Lacura range - it seems to be getting rave reviews and is a heck of a lot cheaper than Clarins/Clinique.
I shall most likely switch soon especially as their CC cream was rated the best although it comes in one colour which suits all skins.0 -
I'm guessing you like strong toners as you use Clinique, lush tree tea oil is very fresh & zingy clean feeling.
I'm temped to try the lush soaps myself after the link above, I use a clairsonic, so washes/soaps work well with this.
I use a cleansing oil for the evening to remove my make up, currently using the body shop one.
For moisturisers I use olay regenerists, no cheaper than Clinique I guess.0 -
I have tried various skin care regimes and spent a small fortune along the way however the only one that makes my skin look good is Estee Lauder so I save up for it now.
Only mentioning as I wasted a lot of money trying to find a cheaper alternative. Maybe ask friends for samples of theirs to try for a couple of days before you spend on your own?Taking responsibility one penny at a time!0 -
Lacura day cream is ok it's a very different consistency to clinique day cream though it's quite thin.0

It really depends on your skin needs/type.
I am lucky in that my skin seems to look best when I don't mess about with it too much. I don't notice any difference when I use premium or bargain products, so spend my money on other things. I do realise not everyone is so fortunate.
I use oil-cleasing method for daily cleansing. St Ives Apricot scrub or a face mask a few times a week. and eitheir superdrug's natural high range for day cream, night cream and serum OR Aldi's Lacura versions. I never use a toner.
I use a 'holiday skin' type facial cream rather than foundation during the summer. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Evian-Affinity-Holiday-Moisturiser-Hydratarion/dp/B005R1KG4MNo buying unnecessary toiletries 2014. Epiphany on 4/4/14 - went into shop to buy 2 items, walked out with 17!0 -
Just moved to cold cream from ocm (fancied a break) I tone with witch hazel use vit c serum and a moisturiser in the morning and retin a in the evening. I also use a microfiber cloth three times a week and a peel once a week. All really cheap and my skin is looking ace.0

I recommend Boots Essentials Cleanser, toner and moisturiser (lotion or cream) and also eye make up remover pads, which remove anything, it comes in sensitive (blue, I use this one) or cucumber (green) and is super cheap and often on offer 3 for £3
If you don't fancy the moisturiser, I recommend Olay original lotion, the pink one for all skin types, none of the other different types, they don't seem to work as well, this costs about £4
