mortgage ??

Hi, just a quicky,,,,applied for mortgage two weeks ago, under new rules,,,,broker has said every day,,, should know today, tomorrow, end of play etc etc,,,,,today ive got a letter of building society with a copy of valuation of property we are buying,,, does this mean we are more likely to get mortgage rather than not get one??

Sorry for sounding thick, never done this before, not a first time buyer, i bought a right to buy previously.

thank you

No way of knowing from information provided. Suggest you direct question to your broker.

House buying can be a stressful process. Take up yoga and allow everyone else to get on with their jobs. :D

thrugemir,,,,,,stress,,,,,jeeeeeeeeeeeez i think ive invented it, nearly three weeks in, ive aged 20 years, divorced the husband, kids and the dog lol,,,,,,,,,,im thinking do i start packing or not!!!!!!!!!!!

Could you at least tell us which lender you're talking about to give us the slightest chance of an accurate stab at an answer?

In addition, if you do not understand what YOUR broker is telling you, tell them you do not understand and ask them to rephrase in plain English! This is their error, not yours.
