I put mine in the wool wash cycle of the washing machine. It just rocks back and forth, doesn't go round much at all. Then I put them on a towel on the draining board to squeeze out the excess water. I have Dunlopillo's though - the ones made of foam.

What kind of pillows do you have?

Are there any instruction on it? I've Googled washing memory foam pillows and on some brands it tells you not to wash them, but only wash the cover. Does it have a removable cover?
