NRP paid money, not received

I rang the CSA today because I hadn't received any payment this month on behalf of my children. They tell me that the NRP has paid the money but because of some 'banking problem' there is a delay in the CSA forwarding the payment to me.
They were unable to provide me with an approximate timescale for when I can expect to receive the funds or even advise what is causing the delay.
Just a heads up folks in case you are expecting a payment but haven't received it.

there will always be some 'banking problem' one way or another, as its a money making scheme, can you imagine how much interest banks make hanging on to thousands of payments.0

I'd love to know how a Government Department with running costs into the millions could make a profit...0 -
