£190K property in London? Or are you planning to commute?

  • @ManintheStreet - I'm not sure I understand. The property is a one bed (regeneration area) in central London, on a tube line and about 45 mins from my current place of work? So not a massive commute?

I'd be happy if it went up in value (that is if I actually get it) but at this moment in time, it's more about getting my own space and privacy :)

£190K for a property in central London, even for a 1 bed property, sounds extremely cheap - there must be a catch.

Catch is "regeneration area in zone 2/3" plus help to buy :)

I wasn't aware that HTB affected the price of a property in such a way.
What area is it exactly? What is the nearest tube station and how far away from the property?
