Hello,
I was wondering if anyone else had recieved any calls from a company called PRG, who claim that they can claim back charges from any debt management company that you may have had fee's with..
I'm not sure I trust them, as I didn't like their pushy tactics, and they tried to get my dept plan ID's from me.. I told them I wouldn't give them any information until I had seen some paperwork...
The number they ring from is 0845 286 0590..
I'm not sure they are legit and just want to find out if any one else has dealt with them.. Because if they can do what they say they can do then Awesome...
Thanks in Advance

I'd say if it's possible then you can do it yourself for free and they'd be likely to charge. Sounds a lot like PPI reclaiming to me.

OP, avoid companies like this, they are all "ambulance chasers"
and would probably charge you a whopping big fee for the privilege of doing something you can do yourself, should you want to, for free anyway, just another fly by night looking to make a fast buck.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Hello - I have been recieving several calls from Companies all claiming that if I'e ever been charged any fee's by a debt management company, then you can claim them back..
Anyone actually know how to go about this myself I'm not talking about PPi's or credit cards here, I'm talking about the arrangement monthly fee that say, you have been paying a company to manage your debts...
I posted on here a few months back to see if the company was legit, and I actually don't think that they are.. so if anyone can advise me on how I can actually claim this money back myself then it would be greatly appreciated..

As advised above, write to the company concerned stating your reasons why you think they should refund your fees.
Where you pressured into signing up ? did you not understand the full implications and how much there fees would be ?.
Only you know the reasons why.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
