IP taking the P*** and the insolvency Service agree.

Just called the Insolvency service about my case which is almost 5yrs old, I asked could they give me an update re the dividends from the house sale and a list of my creditors as I still havent had one.
The told me that Robert Cundy IP was dealing with it and they had notified them of the available monies in July2013. He said the creditors should of had their monies, if any left and case closed and a release from trustee done about 5/52 afterwards.....not a YEAR.
The belief is that the IP is holding onto the money and gaining interest on the funds, why else would they wait so long and refuse to communicate with me or tell me who the creditors are and finally release me from the trustee which is their Job....No release has been issued.
Their lack of communication and the speed they are dealing with this can lead me to only think this.
