Hi all,
quick question, in the process of getting a mortgage through accord. They were in touch for some additional documents, which I provided, but then didn't hear back to see if they accepted them?
Anyway, I found out from the estate agent that the valuation is booked for today. Does that mean that they accepted my documents?
is it strange that they went and booked it without speaking to my or my broker?
I'm keen to understand what stage I am at.
