Want to sell up, have endowment and loans, any advice!??

Hi we are thinking of moving house- we have an endowment of £150 mth and mortgage of £150 month, the house is worth 85-90k we also have debts of £1000 mth, we want to move to a better area and believe if the endowment will cover our loans and house repayment it will be possible and we would be better off we are currently on a shortfall with our endowment of £6500, but with the property market on a steady but small increase our house wont increase much- but a better property in a better are has more chance?

Can anyone advise on this please- it's a big risk i know but worth it in the long run??

please post again with the details of amounts owed, payments per month and aprs.

also include term of endowment and amount currently worth - have you shopped around for a surrender value? how long has it left to run?

what price house/mortgage do you intend to go for?
