Part of the Furniture 100 Posts Combo Breaker I've been Money Tipped!
I am looking for some nice wooden garden furniture for our patio. Dining table and some chairs.

I have looked at Homebase, but I was hoping to buy from a local supplier, as I believe you generally get better value for money and I like to support local businesses when possible.

Can anyone recommend some suppliers. I prefer wood as I know it keeps better and can be oiled/painted annually to keep it looking fresh.

Last summer we bought a wooden garden bench from B&M. It was treated with teak oil in Autumn and stayed outside all winter. It still looked so good and was so comfortable that last month we bought the patio set to match it, table, 2 benches and 2 single seats for £149. Sitting at the patio table writing this, well pleased with the whole set. A doodle to assemble. Have a look in B&M, set is called Jakarta and they usually have one assembled on display. Much better than the £400 + metal and glass set that is now junked, 2 years use and it looked like it had been found in a skip.
