ELIGIBILITY
1.1 Open to UK, CI, IoM and RoI residents only.
1.2 All employees and the immediate families of either VisitScotland (“Promoter”), or its agents or Partners; European Tour, ProQuip, The Roxburghe Hotel & Golf Course, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
1.3 To participate entrants must aged 18 years or over.
1.4 Limit one (1) entry per person.
1.5 This promotion closes on 29/08/2014 at 12.00pm for receipt of all entries.

PRIZES
4.1(a) One (1) winner will receive the prize. The prize comprises:
• 1 x 2-night stay at The Roxburghe Hotel, for 2 adults on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis, including a round of golf per person (18 holes) on the Championship Course, plus a clay pigeon shooting taster session for 2 adults (Valid from 1/10/14 – 1/04/15).
• The main prize also includes 2 x adult general access tickets to The 2014 Ryder Cup on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th September.
• The main prize also includes travel allowance to a maximum of £100 in total. The Travel allowance will only be reimbursed upon the presentation of invoices/receipts in support of allowable expenditure. The maximum amount of Travel Allowance payable will be at the Promoter’s discretion, and in any event will not exceed £100.
4.1(b) Two (2) runners up will each receive:
• 2 x practice day tickets to The 2014 Ryder Cup on Thursday 25th September 2014.
4.2 The prize is subject to availability and valid from 1/10/14 – 1/04/15, excluding the Christmas and New Year period. The prize must be used in full by 1/04/2015. The winner will be required to supply their own golf equipment – although The Roxburghe do offer hire if required at an additional cost. Tickets include park & ride and must be booked in advance of the tournament. You cannot drive to Gleneagles. Info here.
Prize winners names may be shared publicly and registration details for attendees will be required to secure the place. Places are not transferable.
4.3 The prize is as stated and is non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash or other alternative is available (in whole or in part), except that in the event of circumstances outside its control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value.
4.4 The prize does not include any travel insurance, or any other meals or related living expenses. All travel, activities, and accommodation are at the winner’s and travel companion’s risk. Transportation to and from the departure point, taxes, fuel surcharge, meals, gratuities, travel upgrades or any other expenses not specifically listed in these Terms and Conditions are the responsibility of the winner.
4.5 Winner(s) and travel companion(s) must travel together, departing from and returning to the same location at the same time and on the same itinerary. The travel companion must be aged 18 years or over, unless the winner is their parent or legal guardian or has the written permission of their parent or legal guardian. The Promoter is not liable for delays, cancellations or unforeseen events related to any travel arrangements.
4.6 Winner(s) and travel companion(s) will be solely responsible for obtaining valid identification and compliance with all travel and health requirements (i.e. passports driving licences) relating to the acceptance and use of the prize package(s). The Promoter will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates.
4.7 If the winner is unable to use the prize by the date specified at Condition 4.2 the prize will be forfeited. All activities, travel and accommodation are subject to availability, weather conditions, and are subject to the individual prize provider’s standard terms and conditions, which can be found by contacting each prize provider as specified above at Condition 4.1.
