I've got an interview at the hospital for a healthcare records clerk :j anyone got any interview tips and likely questions? im a bit nervous but happy to have got to this stage

1. Be early. Allow yourself plenty of time to get to the interview. You don't want to rush in all hot and bothered, or, even worse, late.
2.Be clean and presentable: clean cut nails, polished shoes, etc.
If you are a lady, would recommend taking a spare pair of tights in your handbag, just in case. Attention to detail in your appearance.
3. Be polite and curteous to everyone you meet. Remember that the boss's PA also has the boss's ear. And may become your colleague.
4. Be postive, but don't waffle. If you genuinely don't know the answer to something, say so. Say that you would like the opportunity to learn.
5.Never b*llshit. The interview panel are experienced b*llshit detectors, and will not hire a liar.
6. Leave details of things like parking, holiday days etc. to HR. You don't want to sound in interview as though you are a stroppy sod.
